What LocalStage is

LocalStage is a search tool for local events. We aggregate publicly available event data from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek and let venues and bands list their own shows directly. We are not a ticket seller, and we never take custody of ticket payments — "Buy tickets" links send you to Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, or the venue's own ticketing link, and your purchase is a transaction between you and that seller.

Accounts

Venue and band profiles should be created by someone authorized to represent that venue or band. You're responsible for keeping your listed shows accurate.

Your content

You keep ownership of whatever you upload — venue/band profile details, show listings, and calendar data. By uploading it, you give us permission to display it on LocalStage and to include it in the export features we provide (calendar subscription links, embeddable widgets, Bandsintown-format files) so you can use your own data elsewhere too.

Acceptable use

Don't upload fraudulent or misleading listings, impersonate a venue or band you don't represent, or use the site to scrape or spam. A "Verified" badge means we've manually confirmed a profile is run by who it claims to be — it isn't a guarantee about any specific show, and its absence doesn't mean a listing is untrustworthy.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound ticket links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you buy a ticket after clicking through. This never affects the price you pay.

No warranty

Event details (dates, prices, availability) come from third parties or from self-uploaded data we don't independently verify unless marked "Verified." We do our best to keep things accurate but can't guarantee it — confirm details with the ticket seller or venue before making plans. LocalStage is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the date above when we do.

This page is a good-faith starting point, not legal advice — it should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it, especially the affiliate, liability, and content license sections.
